Placed my order via the app and the food turned up 90 minutes later and this is not the first time it has happened.The food is good but the service is very, very poor.

A member of staff from the Sea Road Sunderland store (not sure of his name but he usually works lunchtimes)I was really kind when I accidentally dropped a big dip on the floor. He not only cleaned it up but offered me a new one free of charge. A shining example! Gabe

Ordered from their Manchester Middleton branch January 2021, they forgot my potato wedges and so I called. The person on the phone said they would put a note on my account so I would have to call up for my next order and get the wedges sent for free. Okay, so I tried it just now and and they said there was no note on their systems at all about this at all and there was no proof. Very annoyed about this.

APPAULING SERVICE AND ATTITUDE TO CUSTOMERS. They refused to deliver to my door which I paid for because I live in a flat, blaming COVID. Absolute Rubbish. No mention of this when they take your money. And how does EVERY OTHER delivery driver come to my door without issue. After calling to complain their attitude was disgraceful

I’ll never use Domino’s again, ordered a Margarita online absolute rubbish. I’ve seen more cheese on a mousetrap , slightly misleading when advertised at £9.99 but you pay over £11 for it.

Never would i order from dominos again made online order for £29 with the last of my money they took money straight away but they havnt got my order got to wait 3 to 5 days to get money back told to ring customer servises that was closed dominos huyton what an absolute joke

As someone who is gluten intolerant, I find it really hard to believe that Dominos cannot make gluten free pizzas because of the pandemic. Because of this, I am having to order pizzas from other pizza delivery companies who have been able to still make gluten free pizzas throughout this pandemic. Rubbish!

COALVILLE - Last time we ordered they got the side order wrong. Lovely manager called (I think Luke maybe??) apologised and offered a free side -. I said that these things happen, and didn't intend to take him up on the offer and we didn't ask them to deliver what we ordered- all because of how he dealt with it, though was very appreciative. Ordered tonight -side order wrong again, waited just under an hour after delivery for them to make good this time, called them, and a very poor experience- over an hour after original delivery, nothing sorted, offered a load of excuses but no apology and poor communication. I know this wont change anything - as its a big chain and convenient -but look at the trustpilot score!!!!!

Domino's in Abingdon are rude again.I called to ask if I can order for tomorrow because I'll be really busy for tomorrow and I won't have this time, he said that I can't do it because they don't know how busy they will be. But if I order now I'll be the first one for 5pm for tomorrow ?innit? Then after he repeat that a lot of times I wanted to give another suggestion to order now and call them again tomorrow to remind them, hit this guy was rising the voice already and didn't even wanted to hear my suggestion. He repeating it again and again with no will to coop with me, as I'll make a big order for a whole birthday. And I wanted to do it correct this evening.After I rise my voice as well as I got tried from one way talking he hang up rudely. No intention to listen or whatsoever. Ofcourse I call another place and they'll get my big birthday order for tomorrow.
